ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی کھڑا ہو کر ہر گز نہ پیے“۔

Explanation تشریح

حدیث میں انسان کے کھڑے ہو کر پینے کی ممانعت کا ذکر ہے۔ یہ ممانعت اس وقت ہے جب کھڑے ہو کر پینے کی کوئی ضرورت نہ ہو اور یہ ممانعت بھی بطور کراہت ہے۔

Explanation

The Hadīth includes the forbiddance to drink while standing. This forbiddance applies when there is no need to drink while standing, and it indicates dislike of doing that.
