رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نجد کی طرف ایک سریّہ بھیجا جس میں ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بھی نکلے۔

عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: «بعث رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم سَرِيَّةً إلَى نَجْدٍ فخرجَت فِيهَا، فَأَصَبْنَا إبِلاً وَغَنَماً، فبلغتْ سُهْمَانُنَا اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ بَعِيراً، وَنَفَّلَنَا رَسُولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعِيراً بَعِيراً».
عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نجد کی طرف ایک سریہ بھیجا جس کے ساتھ میں بھی گیا۔ مالِ غنیمت کے طور پر بہت سے اونٹ اور بھیڑ بکریاں ہمارے ہاتھ لگیں۔(مال غنیمت میں) ہمارے حصے بارہ اونٹوں تک پہنچ گئے اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمیں ایک ایک اونٹ زائد دیا۔

‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) sent a detachment to Najd, and I went with the troops. We seized camels and sheep as spoils of war. Our shares amounted to twelve camels per fighter and the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) gave an extra camel to each of us.

Explanation تشریح

عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بتلا رہے ہیں کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک سریہ کی شکل میں انہیں نجد کی طرف بھیجا اور ان کے ہاتھ اونٹوں اور بھیڑ بکریوں پر مشتمل بہت سارا مالِ غنیمت آیا۔ ہر ایک کے حصے میں بارہ اونٹ آئے اور نبی ﷺ نے ان میں سے ہر ایک کو ان کے حصوں میں آنے والے اونٹوں کی تعداد سے ایک ایک اونٹ زائد دیا۔

Explanation

‘Abdullāh ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reports that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) sent them on a detachment to Najd and they seized many camels and sheep as spoils of war. Each of them received twelve camels and the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) gave each of them an extra camel in addition to his share.
