Sahih al-Bukhari صحیح بخاری
نبی ﷺ کا پیالہ ٹوٹ گیا، اس پر آپ ﷺ نے ٹوٹی ہوئی جگہ پر چاندی کا تار لگا کر اسے جوڑ دیا۔
عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه أن قَدَحَ النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم انْكَسَرَ، فاتَّخَذَ مكان الشَّعْبِ سِلْسِلَةً من فِضة.
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ روایت کرتے ہوئے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ: نبی ﷺ کا پیالہ ٹوٹ گیا، اس پر آپ ﷺ نے ٹوٹی ہوئی جگہ پر چاندی کا تار لگا کر اسے جوڑ دیا۔
Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that when the cup of the Prophet cracked, he mended the crack with a silver chain.

Explanation تشریح
نبی ﷺ کا ایک برتن تھا جس میں آپ ﷺ پانی پیا کرتے تھے۔ یہ برتن ٹوٹ گیا تو آپ ﷺ نے چاندی کا ایک ٹکڑا لیا اور اس سے ٹوٹے ہوئے دونوں اطراف کو باہم جوڑ دیا۔
Explanation
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) had a glass to drink water in. The cup cracked, so the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) mended it with a silver chain, i.e. He took a piece of silver and joined the two sides of the crack.
