اللہ تعالیٰ ہر اس شخص کی توبہ قبول کرے گا جس نے سورج کے مغرب سے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے توبہ کی۔

عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : «مَنْ تَابَ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ».
ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ تعالیٰ ہر اس شخص کی توبہ قبول کرے گا جس نے سورج کے مغرب سے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے توبہ کی“۔

Explanation تشریح

حدیث سے اس بات کا پتہ چلتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے گنہ گار بندے کی توبہ اس وقت تک قبول کرتا رہتا ہے جب تک کہ سورج مغرب سے طلوع نہ ہوجائے۔ کیونکہ یہ توبہ کی قبولیت کے وقت کا اختتام ہو گا اور یہ قیامت کی بڑی نشانیوں میں سے ایک نشانی ہے۔

Explanation

This Hadīth informs us that Allah, the Almighty, accepts the repentance of His sinful servants as long as the sun has not yet risen from the west, because when this happens, it will mark the end of the time when repentance is accepted, and it is one of the major signs of the approach of the Hour.
