عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: من السنة إذا قال المؤذن في أذان الفجر: حيَّ على الفلاح، قال: الصلاة خير من النوم.
انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے وہ فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ سنت ہے کہ جب مؤذن صبح کی نماز میں ”حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ“ کہے تو اس کے بعد ”الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ“ کہے۔

Explanation تشریح

اس حدیث میں یہ بیان کیا جا رہا ہے کہ نماز فجر کی اذان (الصَّلَاةُ خَيْرٌ مِنَ النَّوْمِ) کے جملے کے ساتھ مخصوص ہے، دیگر نمازوں کے وقت اسےنہیں کہا جائے گا اور یہ ”حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ“ کے بعد کہا جائے گا۔

Explanation

Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that among what the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) established in his Sunnah is that the muezzin should say during the call to the Fajr prayer, specifically after saying "Come to success", the phrase: "Prayer is better than sleep".
