ایک رات میں آپ ﷺ کو مسجد حرام سے مسجد اقصیٰ اور پھر آسمانوں پر لے جایا گیا۔ اسی سفر میں پانچ نمازیں فرض ہوئیں۔ ابو بکر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فوراً تصدیق کی۔ اس واقعے کی تاریخ میں علماء کے مختلف اقوال ہیں۔
In one night he was taken from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa and then raised through the heavens. The five daily prayers were made obligatory on this journey. Abu Bakr believed it at once.
